My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The ambiance, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail in every corner made my experience extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond, but I must give a special mention to Islem from Guest Relations. Her warm welcome, personalized service, and constant willingness to assist made all the difference. Islem's dedication and kindness made my stay feel incredibly special. I can honestly say this hotel offers one of the best experiences I've ever had, and I will absolutely return. Highly recommend!

The whole experience of a resort and water park was brilliant. The facility and management of everything were great. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was great with easy access to restaurants on both ends. The water park and the swimming pool were very clean with the constant presence of life guards. The staff was very friendly with our kids the whole time and they kept them busy with different activities. The breakfast at the hotel was great, too, with a variety of fresh food. Great hotel with great staff.

This hotel boasts a great location, excellent staff, and great food, making for a comfortable stay overall. However, a few issues detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink drains were clogged, causing water to drain very slowly and resulting in an unpleasant smell. I had to keep the windows open constantly to combat the odor. For an all-inclusive booking, I was surprised to find no complimentary water bottles in the room, nor any tea-making facilities like a kettle. These basic amenities would have significantly improved my stay

The pool is nice , quite big and never too crowded. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the main square. The pool bar has a ok selection of drinks for example coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Staff were nice and helpful. AC works fine and keeps the room cool even when the outdoor temps reached +36C ( 97F). Food selection was good. With all inclusive you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was nice to get bottled water to the room. We booked an old town whole day tour trough the hotel, which was so worth it.

Want to thank all staff at the reception specially Khalid for all his help and kindness to myself we were very happy with the help he provided us with 🙂 especially that morning when i’m leaving 👍, and the lifeguard at the pool was very helpful and kind to my daughter he explained everything to her about the safety of the slides and she was happy with what he told her 👍
